We bought an apartment from Truly Venice that needed a major renovation.  We don’t live in Venice so we decided to hire them to do such a big and complicated project. Every member of their team was professional, skilled, honest and dedicated.  And they made sure that the project went smoothly and that everything we needed at the beginning was addressed properly. The job was completed within the timeframe and we ended having a beautiful, cozy and stylish apartment.  We cannot recommend Truly Venice enough.

With a busy lifestyle and not much time to invest in property hunting, our aim was to find a family weekend property in Italy that suited both us and our children in terms of art, culture, music, food as well as of course great weather. When we bought our little gem of a flat in San Marco, Fabio held our hands through every aspect of the transactions, from establishing a bank account to visiting the lawyers to accompanying us to the utility offices to set up accounts. His daughter, the architect, was very knowledgable and proposed a stunning design that we love to bits. She was on site daily steering the project. Every time a contractor, supplier, or tradesperson was needed, they knew just the right people to involve and we felt surrounded by extremely talented professionals who were on our side doing excellent work. If that wasn't enough, Fabio's son's company takes care of rentals when we are not there. The agents on the ground who meet, greet, clean and maintain do a fabulous job.
